More To Living has spent more than two decades building systems of care that move people from crisis to independence. Founded in 2003 by Dr. Brook Parker-Bello, the organization has served more than 14,000 individuals affected by human trafficking and sexual exploitation, with a particular focus on high-risk youth.
Their programs meet people at every stage of the journey. Safe Stay Housing Support provides stable housing and pathways to long-term independence. Victim Services delivers crisis intervention, safety planning, intensive case management, mental health support, court advocacy, and mentoring. Job and educational resources equip survivors with financial literacy, job readiness, and the confidence to build sustainable futures.
More To Living has trained federal and state law enforcement in trauma-informed victim engagement and partnered on operations that impacted hundreds of children. Their Got Life Campaign raises national awareness of the realities of exploitation, and their Sarasota-based Caring Collective serves as a model of survivor-centered, community-rooted partnership.
