Soulful Threadings is a healing and ceremony practice built on the belief that true wellness weaves together the mind, body, and spirit.
Founded by Lorilyn Caballeros, a Los Angeles-based social worker, Soulful Threadings offers a soul-centered approach to healing, drawing on over a decade of social work experience, creative and expressive arts, and training as a Hilot Binabaylan practitioner in Filipino indigenous medicine. Lorilyn is trained and ordained through the Hilot Academy of Binabaylan and continues her studies in massage therapy.
Services include Hilot bodywork sessions, custom-written and spoken-word poetry for milestones and life events, and officiant services for weddings and memorials. Each offering is designed to honor where clients are in their healing journey, with financial hardship accommodations available for those who need it.
Lorilyn’s work centers on diverse identities, healing from trauma and grief, and finding the beauty in people. Her practice is an extension of who she is: someone who has turned her lived experience into a medicine of service for others.
